Position: Customer Service and Business Administrator
My Role at Unique Magazines: As part of the Customer Service team at Unique Magazines, my role is about creating positive and memorable interactions with our customers. Each day brings new conversations and opportunities to assist people from all over the world, providing them with the best experience we can offer. My job involves addressing various customer queries, ensuring they feel heard and valued. Whether it’s through direct communication or responding to online feedback, I’m dedicated to making every customer’s experience with Unique Magazines as enjoyable and seamless as possible.
Favorite Magazines: My magazine tastes are eclectic, with a particular fondness for publications that feature bold imagery and captivating visuals. I appreciate magazines that are not just informative but also aesthetically pleasing, offering a blend of engaging content and striking design.
Hobbies and Interests: Outside of work, I’m an active and outdoorsy person. I play netball in my local league, and while we may not always win, we always have a great time. Yoga is another passion of mine, providing a perfect balance of physical activity and mental relaxation. I also cherish any opportunity to be outdoors, whether it’s a hike in nature or just a walk in the park. When I’m indoors, you’ll likely find me engrossed in a book, exploring different worlds and stories through reading.
